DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED IN WRITING WITHIN 24 HRS OF DELIVERY AND MUST BE SUPPORTED BY PHOTOS TAKEN OF THE DAMAGE. ITEMS DELIVERED ON A PALLET MUST ALSO HAVE PHOTOS CLEARLY SHOWING THE ITEM STILL ON THE PALLET AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY. IF THE GOODS HAVE BEEN MOVED FROM DELIVERY POINT OR FROM THE PALLET - CLAIMS WILL BE REJECTED

WATER TO COMBI OVENS MUST BE TESTED TO CHECK IF WATER TREATMENT IS REQUIRED - DAMAGE BY WATER WILL INVALIDATE WARRANTY.
