Description

For comprehensive and consistent hot food storage, this Lincat Silverlink 600 wet heat Bain Marie is perfect for providing even countertop food warming. Using any one of the three 1/3 GN pans included with the base heat unit, you can prepare delicate items such as hollandaise sauce or melt chocolate without risk of it burning thanks to the gentler type of heat generated from the water bath. When finished you can drain any soiled water from the unit with the integrated drain tap without risk of harm to staff.
