Able to accept up to three full size (1/1) gastronorm pans inside, you can easily set the unit as either a freezer or fridge - perfect for when additional capacity is needed.

The front-mounted digital panel gives you precise control of the internal temperature, allowing rapid changing between storage modes. And thanks to the incredibly strong build of the Polar, it's a highly durable addition to any pro kitchen. Easy to use, clean and maintain.
