Produced in one of the original factories that created the famous Sabatier in the Thiers region of France, the Deglon Sabatier 20.5cm chef knife is sure to provide professional results with each slice. The knife is crafted from a stainless-steel material with a 53deg Rockwell Hardness rating, that provides excellent durability, cutting abilities and allows for the knife to be easily cleaned after use - saving you money and time, whilst ensuring quality cutting power.

The chef knife excels in its ability to be used with almost any preparation or serving tasks, such as cutting joints of meat, to finely-slicing herbs. Features an ergonomic, thermoplastic handle that supplies superior comfort within the hand, whilst reducing the risk of lost grip - preventing injuries within the workplace.
