Description

Present and preserve fresh ingredients, pre-cooked meals and heated plates in the diverse Victor Baron bain marie hot cupboard. Fully gastronorm compatible (pans not included), the top mounted dry heat bain marie's temperature is controlled separately from the interior hot cupboard. Your foods warmth and consistency is further maintained by the addition of a quartz mounted gantry that generates heat above as well as below the pans. The stainless steel exterior is double layered to reduce heat loss and maintain the hot cupboards efficiency.
